What people say "I recently attended a 6-week course with Chis Scott. The course was based around reflections on the everyday thoughts or questions that people may ponder on. After silent reflections course participants were invited to share their interpretation of the questions posed. In listening to the reflections of others an uplifting experience occurred as each person realized that their interpretation of words is often quite different from the person sitting next to them. The structure of Chris's courses promotes well-being in people by freeing them of the perception that their thoughts represent the only possibilities that are out there for them. This can be a transforming experience for people who are caught up in their thoughts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris's courses to anyone who is interested. Tim 
Whilst challenging to articulate in a letter, these two programs have had a profound effect on my life. Learning the concepts surrounding thought and how what we think influences our lives is an awesomely empowering experience. I learnt that there is no limit to what one is capable of with this understanding and I have seen proof of this in my own life. I have been able to find clarity in relationships upon understanding of thought patterns that lead us into habitual behaviour. I have overcome fears through recognising what I thought to be a dangerous experience only to be perceived danger. For example, I previously suffered from hydrophobia(fear of water) and since participating in these programs have been able to obtain my Bronze Medallion in swimming and have also taken up surfing. It is clear that these concepts are transferable to all ages, gender or ability. These programs could be used for youth at risk, youth leadership programs, people who are unemployed "to empower them to explore other work options, people with mental illness such as depression or people with disabilities. Thank you Chris for introducing such practical and simple concepts into my life and to many others who have participated in the programs. I only hope that you can expand on what you have started so that more people can benefit from these programs.
